At Softopay, your satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind every book we sell and want you to shop with confidence. Please read our Refund and Returns Policy carefully to understand your rights and our procedures.

1. Our 30-Day Return Guarantee

We offer a 30-day return policy on all orders. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange. No restocking fees will be charged.

2. Eligibility for Returns

2.1 Eligible Items

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

– The return request is submitted within 30 days of the delivery date

– The item is in the same condition as when it was received

– The original proof of purchase or order number is provided

2.2 Non-Eligible Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

– Items returned after the 30-day return window has passed

– Items that have been further damaged, torn, or altered by the customer after delivery

– Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase

2.3 Used Book Condition Notice

Please note that all books sold by Softopay are used or occasional items. Normal signs of prior use — such as shelf wear, minor scuffs, previous owner inscriptions, or slight page yellowing — are expected and do not qualify as defects. These characteristics are disclosed in our product listings and are not grounds for a return.

3. How to Initiate a Return

Step 1 — Contact Us

Send an email to contact@softopay.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include the following in your message:

– Your full name

– Your order number

– The title of the book you wish to return

– The reason for the return

– Photos of the item if it was received damaged or incorrect

Step 2 — Receive Return Instructions

Once we review your request, we will respond within 2 business days with return instructions, including the return shipping address and any applicable instructions for packaging your item.

Step 3 — Ship the Item Back

Securely package the item and ship it to the address provided in our return instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery. Softopay is not responsible for items lost in transit during the return process.

Step 4 — Refund or Exchange Processed

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email of the outcome. If approved, your refund or exchange will be processed promptly.

4. Refunds

4.1 Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase, processed through Woco Payment. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.

4.2 Full Refunds

A full refund will be issued in the following situations:

– The item was received in a condition significantly different from what was described in the listing

– The wrong item was delivered to you

– The item was lost or not delivered within the estimated shipping window and confirmed undeliverable

4.3 Partial Refunds

A partial refund may be issued at our discretion in situations where the item is returned in a condition different from how it was received, indicating additional damage or use by the customer after delivery.

4.4 Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

– The return request is submitted after the 30-day window

– The item was accurately described and received in the stated condition

– The customer provided an incorrect shipping address resulting in non-delivery

5. Exchanges

If you would prefer an exchange rather than a refund, please indicate this when contacting us. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired replacement item is not available, a full refund will be offered instead.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged in transit or that does not match your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@softopay.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. In these cases, Softopay will cover the cost of return shipping and issue a full refund or send a replacement at no additional charge.

7. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item sent, item damaged in transit, or item significantly misrepresented), the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method. Softopay is not responsible for returns lost or damaged during transit back to us.

8. Late Returns

We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for items returned after the 30-day return window has expired. If you have exceptional circumstances, please reach out to us at contact@softopay.com and we will do our best to assist you on a case-by-case basis.

9. Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at contact@softopay.com. Orders can only be cancelled before they have been shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled, and you will need to initiate a return upon delivery in accordance with this policy.
