At Softopay, we are committed to delivering your books safely and in a timely manner. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully to understand how we process and ship your orders.

1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time. If you are located outside the United States, we are unable to fulfill your order.

2. Shipping Cost

We offer free standard shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required. There are no hidden fees — the price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

3.1 Standard Shipping

All orders are shipped via standard shipping. Once your order has been processed and dispatched, estimated delivery is 3 to 8 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

3.2 Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days of being placed. Orders submitted on weekends or federal holidays will begin processing on the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

3.3 Delivery Estimates Are Not Guaranteed

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to high order volumes, weather conditions, carrier disruptions, or events in the destination area. Softopay is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or external circumstances.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. You can use this information to monitor the status and estimated arrival of your delivery. If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at contact@softopay.com.

5. Shipping Address

5.1 Accurate Address Required

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of checkout. This includes your street address, apartment or unit number if applicable, city, state, and ZIP code. Softopay is not responsible for orders that are delayed, misdelivered, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

5.2 Address Changes

If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at contact@softopay.com. We will do our best to accommodate the change if your order has not yet been dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to modify the delivery address.

6. Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please take the following steps:

– Check around your delivery location, including mailboxes, porches, and with neighbors

– Allow 1 to 2 additional business days, as carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered slightly early

– Contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number for further investigation

If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier or has not arrived within 10 business days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us at contact@softopay.com with your order number and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.

7. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@softopay.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will assess the situation and arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, in accordance with our Refund and Returns Policy.

8. Undeliverable Packages

In cases where a package is returned to us as undeliverable — due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or the package being unclaimed — we will contact you by email to arrange re-shipment. Please note that re-shipment may be subject to an additional shipping fee. If we are unable to reach you within 14 days, the order may be refunded minus any applicable return shipping costs incurred by the carrier.

9. Multiple Item Orders

If you order multiple books in a single order, they may be shipped together or in separate packages depending on availability and warehouse location. You will receive tracking information for each shipment if your order is split across multiple packages.
